Data and AI assessment
To find out what your data can deliver, before you invest.
Method
No eighteen-month programme. We move in short stages, on your real data. Each stage delivers something useful, and each time you decide what comes next.
We inventory your sources and sort out what they can tell you, what they can only estimate, and what they cannot tell you at all. We quantify the opportunities and rank them.
You leave with a data map, a list of quantified opportunities and a recommendation for a working prototype.
A real tool, online and protected, built on your production data. Leadership uses it first-hand, assistant included.
You leave with a usable tool, its documented rules and a measure of the expected gain.
Connection to your systems, agents running continuously, support for your teams. We measure the actual gain, week after week.
You leave with a tool in daily use, tracked results and self-sufficient teams.
Formats
To find out what your data can deliver, before you invest.
To show leadership a real tool running on its own figures, and decide on the evidence.
To scale up: integration, agents in daily use, maintenance and tracking of the gain.
For your executives or your teams: understand AI, judge the claims, use the tools well. Live demos and a workshop.
Common questions
No. We always start by reading your systems as they are, without writing to them. Replacing a tool is only considered if the gain is proven, and the decision is yours.
Only if you agree, and only what is necessary. For sensitive data, we can work on your infrastructure or with a model installed on your premises, with no internet connection.
Figures are calculated by code, not made up by the model. Every result states whether it is measured, estimated or suggested, and sensitive actions wait for human approval.
Two weeks for the assessment, four to six for a working prototype on your data. You see a real tool before committing any further.
That is settled in the contract. Our default position: the code and settings developed for you are handed over to you at the end of the engagement.
